The situation has not changed
В конце минувшего года электоральный рейтинг президента А. Лукашенко снизился впервые с марта 2012 года и составил 34,8% согласно декабрьскому опросу НИСЭПИ.
Снижение рейтинга президента обусловлено приостановкой во втором полугодии 2013 года политики повышения доходов и сокращения социальных гарантий населению. В текущем году государство попытается стабилизировать экономическую ситуацию в стране, прежде всего, за счет привлечения новых внешних займов, а также мобилизации внутренних ресурсов – изъятия доходов у населения и сокращения зоны социальной ответственности государства. Однако белорусское руководство надеется вернуться к политике популизма накануне старта президентской кампании 2015 года.
