President rotates staff in problem regions to boost ratings of local authorities

The situation has not changed

Last week, President Lukashenka considered personnel issues and approved several appointments. The president is attempting to boost local authorities’ ratings in the most problem regions before the autumn-winter electoral campaign through rotation of top level administrators.
