Election 2015. Early voting turnout at 19% in Belarus
 
                                    A total of 18.69 percent of voters turned out for the first three days of early voting ahead of the 11 October presidential election in Belarus. The data is available at the website of the Central Election Commission of Belarus, BelTA has learned. On 6-8 October an estimated 19.99 percent of early ballots were cast in Vitebsk Oblast, with 17.03 percent cast in Minsk.
