Head of Central Election Committee Lidziya Yarmoshyna thinks that Alexander Lukashenka didn’t open an election campaign account because he doesn’t have time for that – Euroradio writes. At this point of the campaign in order to create such an account a candidate must personally come to bank. Only once such person is registered as a candidate, he or she can entrust such an operation to his representative.

Six candidates opened election campaign accounts so far. United Civic Party candidate Anatol Lyabedzka and incumbent president Alexander Lukashenka didn’t do this.
