Job vacancies at Euroradio (6 months with possible extension)
European Radio for Belarus (Euroradio) is a Belarusian-run independent media based in Warsaw, Poland. Euroradio seeks candidates to fill the following positions in Warsaw:
1. Project Manager/Senior Project Coordinator
Euroradio seeks an experienced project manager/coordinator to fill a temporary position – with the possibility of extension.
Main tasks: Oversee coordination and management of key project components under multiple donor programmes. This requires liaison with donors, coordination with Euroradio staff and management, reporting to donors. The Project Manager will also have to work closely with Euroradio financial management to prepare financial and budget reporting. The Project Manager will also assist represent Euroradio to donors and will assist in securing new funding opportunities.
Experience: International project management, preparation of intermediary and final reports, narrative and financial, to funders. Management of project partners/project teams. Proposal writing and budget development.
Qualifications:
– Advanced university degree or equivalent;
– At least 4 years experience in the not-for profit sector;
– Excellent written and spoken English, fluency in Belarusian/Russian;
– Experience in media is a plus;
– Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, including data analysis is a plus;
– The position requires a self-starter with initiative and the ability to multi-task.
2. Project Coordinator/Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist:
Euroradio seeks an experienced Project Coordinator/Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist:
Main tasks: Assist the Project Manager in managing all program components with a special focus on monitoring and evaluation, data collection and receipt documentation, including financial report preparation. Support the Project Manager in overseeing the quality, cost effectiveness, and timeliness of project management. Represent Euroradio to donors and other constituents, as needed.
Experience: International project management, preparation of intermediary and final reports, narrative and financial, to funders.
Qualifications:
– University degree or equivalent;
– At least 1 year experience in the not-for-profit sector;
– Excellent spoken and written English, fluency in Belarusian/Russian;
– Experience in media is a plus;
– Monitoring and Evaluation experience.
