Замедление экономики привело к урезанию планов по строительству жилья
The situation has not changed
14 января опубликовано постановление правительства о планах по объемам ввода жилья на 2014-2015 годы, источниках финансирования жилищной программы в 2014 году и порядке предоставления жилищных кредитов гражданам.
Объемы строительства жилья в текущем году сокращены с 6,5 млн. м2 до 5 млн. м2, снижен объем ожидаемых инвестиций в эту сферу со стороны населения. Снижение финансирования строительства жилья приведет к значительным изменениям в строительной отрасли, увеличив конкуренцию между застройщиками и, возможно, росту экспорта строительных услуг. Наиболее вероятно, что сокращение строительства жилья негативным образом скажется на росте экономики.
